Where is the Market Going?
Have you noticed the market is moving?
"Where to" is what many people are wondering.
First of all, Real Estate is a very broad term. Are you looking at the commercial market or the residentiasl market? Or maybe you are looking for investments in Pittsburgh.
On this blog, we plan on discussing opportunities that you might be interested in exploring.

Just an observation...houses in Squirrel Hill are taking much longer to sell than they did at the beginning of the summer. Homes that would have been listed for close to $200,000 are now being listed for $175K and down and are SITTING. Is that because buyers are hoping to get a better deal in a month or two? Or is it because interest rates are climbing?
